Nyo Jinyong Lian
Nyo Jinyong Lian (born in Shenzhen) is an artist-photographer and artistic director whose hybrid visual universe blends performance, staging and symbolic storytelling. At the crossroads of fashion and contemporary fable, she creates powerful and instantly recognisable images capable of transforming a brand concept into visual micro-fiction.
Her aesthetic, which is poetic, bold and subtly subversive, draws inspiration from The Emperor’s New Clothes: a deceptively candid gaze that reveals the invisible codes that shape our imaginations. She approaches each project as a strategic visual narrative, offering brands a distinctive, inclusive and contemporary cultural signature.
Her internationally acclaimed work has been featured at PhotoSaintGermain and the Beaux-Arts in Paris, exhibited with Fisheye Gallery in Arles, named Editor’s Pick by LensCulture, shortlisted for the PhMuseum Photobook Award 2025, and praised by Booooooom Magazine.
